Back for 2025 is the Model Brick show, taking place inside the Engine Shed at Tunbridge Wells West as our trains operate up and down the line for you to enjoy the rest of the Spa Valley Railway.
Come along to Tunbridge Wells and see some LEGO® models made by some of the UK’s Adult Fan’s of Lego! Featuring many different displays of varying sizes, including trains, planes and so much more, entry to the show is just the price of our standard travel tickets and with train services operating to our normal Green timetable pattern there are five return trips each day for you to explore the High Weald.
You can also take part a minifigure hunt, search all the exhibits to find all the letters, once you’ve found them all decipher the railway based word and be entered into a prize draw to win a family ticket to travel on the Spa Valley Railway on a Green timetable day during 2026.
What to see and do along the line?
Tunbridge Wells West
Since 1606 visitors have been coming to Royal Tunbridge Wells to experience the Chalbeayte Spring.
Its chance discovery by Lord North, who was returning to London after a three month stay in the county, lead to the growth of Royal Tunbridge Wells and also the famous Pantiles.
High Rocks Station
The smallest however probably the most picturesque station on our line, built from scratch and opened in 1998 following the closure of the original halt in the 50s, serves the fantastic High Rocks themselves and the delightful Inn.
*Please check with High Rocks themselves to see if they are open.
Groombridge Station
Groombridge is our principal intermediate station and you can alight here to visit this historic village. It is also possible to walk to Harrisons Rocks where you can see the trains passing by on days we’re operating to Eridge, and if cycling, to get to the Forest Way
